1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and using The Partee People's photo booth services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Payment
• A deposit of [$100] is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of the event.
• Cancellations made 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds for cancellations within 13 days of the event.
3. Service Use
• The photo booth is for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by our attendants.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if inappropriate, violent, or unlawful behavior occurs.
4. Equipment Responsibility
• The client is responsible for ensuring that guests use the equipment properly.
• Damages caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional harm may result in additional charges.
5. Liability
• The Partee People is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses that occur during the event.
• We are not responsible for technical malfunctions beyond our control (e.g., power outages, equipment failures).
6. Photo & Video Rights
• By using our services, you grant us the right to use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
• We respect privacy and will not share any content upon request.
7. Privacy Policy
• Personal information collected (e.g., emails for digital copies) will be kept confidential and not sold or shared.
8. Force Majeure
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions)
