Welcome to The Partee People! By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

A booking is not confirmed until the required retainer has been received and a confirmation has been sent by The Partee People.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

All retainers are non-refundable. Your event date and time are reserved exclusively for you, preventing us from accepting other bookings during that time.

If you choose to cancel your event:

• Retainers are non-refundable.
• Payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at the discretion of The Partee People if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event.

We understand plans can change.

One complimentary reschedule may be granted if requested at least 14 days before the original event date and subject to availability.

Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.

Outdoor events are booked at the client’s risk.

The Partee People cannot guarantee weather conditions. If severe weather makes operation unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

Light rain, excessive heat, wind, or cold may affect equipment operation and guest experience.

The client agrees to provide:

• A flat, safe setup location.
• Adequate space for the selected package.
• Access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance.
• Venue access at least one hour prior to the event unless otherwise arranged.

The Partee People reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.

Our service begins at the scheduled start time, even if guests arrive late or the event starts behind schedule.

Delays caused by the client or venue do not extend the rental period.

Additional rental time may be available depending on our schedule.

Overtime must be approved by The Partee People and is billed at the current hourly rate.

The client is responsible for ensuring guests treat all equipment respectfully.

The client agrees to reimburse The Partee People for damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse, vandalism, theft, or abuse beyond normal wear and tear.

The client is responsible for obtaining any venue approvals or permissions required for our equipment.

Any venue fees, permits, or parking costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Every effort is made to provide high-quality digital photos.

However, The Partee People cannot guarantee specific poses, guest participation, or image quality affected by lighting, weather, venue conditions, or guest behavior.

Digital galleries are typically delivered within 72 hours following the event.

Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event, The Partee People may use photos, videos, and event images for advertising, social media, portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer your event remain private, simply let us know before your event.

The Partee People shall not be liable for:

• Venue power failures
• Internet interruptions
• Weather conditions
• Guest misconduct
• Acts of God
• Equipment issues beyond our reasonable control

In the unlikely event equipment fails during your event, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected services.

Neither party shall be responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, or emergencies.

Travel within our standard service area is included.

Events outside our standard service area may incur additional travel fees, which will be disclosed before booking.

For the safety of all guests, The Partee People reserves the right to temporarily suspend or end services if equipment is being misused or if unsafe conditions exist.

No refunds will be issued if service must be discontinued due to unsafe behavior.

By submitting a booking, making payment, or allowing services to begin, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
